Our Public Access Terminal Solutions

Instead of a dedicated PC for each station or kiosk, we provide just a single server computer which can be located securely  away from the public and its power is used by up to 30 stations at the same time. Using thin client technology and multi-user add-ons for standard Windows operating systems like XP, VISTA and Windows7, each user accesses the host computer via a thin-client terminal that is small enough to be attached to the back of an LCD screen. All of the applications work normally with performance comparable to it running on a regular PC, in fact most people think they are operating on a dedicated PC.

Because there is little intelligence in the thin-client terminal and all software is in ROM, all the eqipment that is available in a public area is virus-proof, hacker-proof and operator-proof.

Do you want to charge for access or just manage the terminals so nobody hogs their use?  No problem, we can integrate Internet Cafe software that requires little or no management.

Want just 1 or 2 access terminals - why not use our Internet based shared server service where we manage everything for you. All you need at your end is a thin-client access terminal and a single broadband Internet connection that is used concurrently by all terminals. We look after all the rest, including virus protection, backups and all software updates.
